Had a great stay and will be back for Christmas in Bournemouth
Liked: Didn't have breakfast but we have stayed here at least 15 16 times and never been disappointed
Disliked: Nothing
Beds were comfortable enough but other parts of the hotel were very dated
Liked: Was well located for what we needed
Disliked: Very few staff on site that we could tell. Rooms quite dated as were other parts of the hotel. Breakfast on first morning was poor so didn’t bother the next 2 days. Ingredients poor.
Great Experience
Liked: Close to the train station and the Town centre. I loved the decoration as well the theme Our room has been upgraded up on arrival which was amazing. The lady at the reception was lovely and friendly

Liked: The receptionist DEVEN. The reason he was warm and welcoming despite it was my first time there he made me feel like a special and regular customer.
Liked: This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we are very happy with our stay. The value for money is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean. We would definitely stay here again!
The pets checked in before me, threw a party and never checked out
Liked: It was cheap at £44 and right in the centre, and that price is the best thing in the building. It's pet friendly, though quite a few pets seem to have been through already, and they've already run riot.
Disliked: Breakfast was a dog's dinner and a massive mistake at an extra £8. A dog would have sent it back. I was told breakfast is normally at 8 but found it started at 7:30. When I pushed back, I got a curt brush-off. Parking costs £10 to sit in an empty car park, while the street outside is free and laughing at you. The hotel is dated. One drawer has lost its handle, and the remote has lost its back cover, so the batteries are basically free-range. Adele watches you from three of the four walls. I said hello from the other side, and she didn't answer either. I wouldn't take anyone here, not even my worst enemy.
