Great location, shame about the water in the bathtoom

Liked: Great location, staff friendly, great views from the hotel.
Disliked: Last time i stayed, I reported dust on the back of the tv, I stayed a week later different room and again dust behind the tv. When an issue is reported, management needs to check that the issue is not also present in other rooms! I don’t want to stay in every room to report this issue each and every time! Management, can you fix this? I’m back in a week’s time.
Amazing early morning view from 205!
Liked: Stayed in room 205, the view from the bed was amazing.
Disliked: Mattress did not feel good. The TV pulled out from the wall on a bracket, the back of the TV was dusty as was the bracket. Mentioned this at reception, and they said they would tell housekeeper.

Fantastic Location
Liked: Fantastic location, especially if your room has a sea view. The gardens were very picturesque and well maintained. The staff were very helpful, especially Graham the night porter, who went to great lengths to ensure that an issue we had with our room was fully resolved to our satisfaction. Wonderful customer service!
Disliked: The bar area was rather small, we ended up sitting at a dining table in the adjacent room. A larger area with more relaxed seating would have made our experience more comfortable.
