  Nice 3 bedroom suburban apartment

  Liked: It’s 5 minutes drive from the centre, great location in a gorgeous suburban tree lined street. It’s a judge old house divided into apartments and it worked very well for us

  Decent Enough

  Liked: The property was spacious enough for two adults and a child. Good enough kitchen supplies to be able to cook a quick meal and breakfast. Location was fine and Ubers readily available.

  Disliked: The door lock is an issue, at first we couldn’t open the door into the apartment. The lock has a knack to it and also a knack to opening it from the inside. This could be quite dangerous if a fire ever broke out. The main bedroom drain had an awful drain smell which was especially strong due to the stuffy hot weather. On arrival the flat was so so hot, all windows closed so no air. A couple of fans would be good especially in 30 plus degree heat. The apartment is a little rough around the edges and could do with a little TLC.

  Liked: The property was set back off a road in a beautiful neighborhood and was very quiet. Great to have a parking space. Check in was fairly easy but perhaps a picture of where to park would help future guests as there were 2 areas with white garages and keysafes

  Disliked: Few things were broken so needs a bit of tlc which I understand will happen during upcoming roof works. Coffee machine or cafetiere would have been great as opposed to instant coffee. Check out of 9.30 is earliest I have ever encountered. We were 4 people and lounge seating was difficult for 4 so it wouldn't be comfortable for 5. Location was perfect for our needs though
