  Liked: Location is good

  Disliked: Garden furniture was dirty and not usable. No BBQ as advertised. Entrance and kitchen Lights not working in property. Kitchen cooker not clean had food particles in it, so did not use.

  Great flat in a great location

  Liked: Great location, large flat and added bonus of a parking space. Great welcome pack and free toiletries was appreciated. Fully kitted out with everything you might need for a great holiday, and dog friendly.

  Disliked: People smoking outside the building & looking into the lounge. Floors needed a good steam clean & blinds dusty. A few bits of paint touch up also needed. The amount of emails from Grandeur Property Services when you book is unnecessary 😉

  Liked: Location good

  Disliked: The property is for sale. There has not been any serious expenditure in terms of decoration, replacements or facilities. I would term it as 'tired' The photos on the booking system were taken a long time ago and it shows. They also make the rooms look better/bigger than they really are.

  Good location, very comfortable with good amenities. View from windows slightly spoilt it

  Liked: Ground floor so great for anyone with mobility issues, parking right outside, great location, two bathrooms and toilets.

  Disliked: Unfortunately living and dining room looked out onto the car parking spaces for the block of flats, so view was poor and we had to keep blinds closed to avoid people looking in.

  Fantastic accomodation

  Liked: We loved everything about Ocean Spray, location is perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. Had a few queries and they were always answered promptly and in a friendly manner.

  Disliked: Maybe the only thing would be 2 keys. We travelled with my elderly parents so we didn't always do the same thing. This was a minor problem however in relation to all the things we loved.

  Liked: Good location, two bathrooms, quite large, welcome pack and toiletries helpful.

  Disliked: The property had not been cleaned properly - dried blood on sheets, dirty glasses, used plaster on the bathroom floor, crisps on the window sill, walls have dirty marks, glasses and dirt in bedroom drawers. The shower head is not attached to the wall in both bathrooms so you must hold the shower head to wash. There was not sufficient toilet roll or towels provided for our stay. The wardrobes in the bathroom smelled damp. There is only one key provided. The outdoor space is not connected to the flat and is in desperate need of a scrub, we didn't use it as everything is overgrown and covered in bird poo. There was also no BBQ and it did not look like the photos in the listing.

Good to know

- The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18

- Infants will be counted as a guest

- Strictly no stag or hen parties

- Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found)

- If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning)

- Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval.

- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.

Disclaimer: ALL unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
