Pleasant
Liked: Great location. Lounge comfortable and a great place to relax. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Our room was next to Spa (83) so was woken early when staff or hotel guests going in early morning. Also extractor fan stayed on far too long after turning off bathroom light. Toilet cistern very loud which could wake other guest.
Liked: Was all round a very good stay
Disliked: It seemed overly hot in the room especially at night

Liked: The room was very nice it was clean and had everything that you need for a stay.The location was also very good as we had a concert at the BIC.Breakfast was very good.Staff were friendly and Helpful
