Good
Good, apart from the things mentioned
Liked: It was the location.
Disliked: The hotel needs a bit of TLC. Painting etc. A few repairs needed.The sliding door on to the balcony, the glass had condensation in it. Spoiling the view. Disappointed that the restaurant was only Italian.
Liked: Balcony and view lovely - a real treat. Room large and light. Fixtures and decor a little tired and in need of a refresh. Staff lovely, views from longe/ bar great. Handy for Compton Acres gardens. Good to have supermarket next door.

Disliked: Very noisy heating pipes. Breakfast, limited choice of cereals and rather nasty coffee and tea.
