Fabulous
Staff lovely
Liked: Staff were amazing
Disliked: As a single mum and daughter travelling alone it was a bit scary being put in a room down some dark steep steps at the side of the building away from everyone. We didn’t feel completely safe at night and moved the beds together and kept the light and tv on all night
Liked: The woodland scene and very peaceful and quiet staff were non judgemental and kind and respectful 🙏
Friendly reception, helpful staff, comfortable stay
Liked: Really friendly staff, comfortable room and beds. Good food, but you couldn't put the cost on the room, had to pay as you go for food and drinks.
Disliked: Didn't realise the facilities and rooms were separate buildings, and as it was a rainy, cold night it put me off going for a swim.

Lovely accommodation, mind the driveway!!
Liked: Quality of products on the tea tray. Facilities.. the spa and pool were excellent and staff were super friendly and helpful Good size room, black out blinds and curtains
Disliked: Walking to the town, the lane from the lodge to the road was very dark, cars were speeding up the lane, uneven surface and I fell over. Had to get a taxi back as too treturois to walk.
Perfect place and price
Liked: Location good, nice room and the added bonus of the spa and facilities made it for us.
