Fabulous
Relaxation. Hotel facilities the cleanliness
Liked: Everything. Beautiful place with a stunning sea view
Disliked: Nothing
Really nice and relaxing
Liked: It was well kept, staff were attentive. Room was really good value for money
Disliked: Car park is little expensive for one night. Not all rooms have tv connected to internet so unable to connect to Netflix, but this was dealt with and we changed rooms without a bother
Liked: The staff were excellent at every touch point.
Pleasant stay - question 5* more like a 4
Liked: Location good, swimming good. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Room needed freshen up. No space for toiletries in bathroom. No water in bedroom.
Terrible check in and check out service
Liked: The location and room. The spa was also good.
Disliked: Food was very average and I was charged for room service that i did not use, after I settled the bill and was not told about the additional charge made without my knowledge or permission. I emailed the hotel 4 days ago and requested a refund. I still have not had a response. It's not the amount that is the concern, its the principal. Will not be going back unless I am refund and an email explaining why is sent. Also a lot of time taken at check in and £100 deposited per day of stay for room service. That they then used
It was unreal and exceptional and I will be back and have recommended to friends and family
Liked: Everything - had a very nice feel to it. It had everything you needed. It was like being abroad
