Superb stay
Liked: Staff were incredibly friendly, room was beautifully clean.
Disliked: Unfortunately guests upstairs threw cigarettes and glasses from the window which were stuck right outside our window

Liked: Convenience and facilities at an affordable price. Room was lovely and the beds were comfy
Disliked: The room was too hot and although I tried to adjust the thermostat it made no difference. It was set at 18 which should have been ok but it was uncomfortable. We had to keep the window open all night with the blinds open to get air.

Liked: Great location, breakfast amazing, staff friendly and helpful, I wanted lemon with my tea and they went and cut me fresh lemon straight away.
Comfortable hotel with spa close to the town centre
Liked: Newly refurbed room. (I think!) smelt new. Looked clean. Modern and spacious.
Disliked: The shower cubicle doesn’t have enough of a lip to keep the water in. So it ended up on the floor. The lighting was via lamps and side lights do a little too low for my preference. Would have liked the choice to brighten or dim. No mini fridge or biscuits.
