Good
Lovely family home
Liked: I had a lovely week here. Mike is the landlord and he's a great guy, and Lisa seems to run the lets for him. While the lets are very much room only, plus access to the shared bathroom, Mike was happy to let me have some filtered water from the kitchen etc. He likes a chat and has two lovely cats. The room is very clean with good decor. One or two small issues, such as with the heating the first night, were quickly resolved. Just message Lisa through the app and she will quickly resolve it 😀
Disliked: There was nothing about the property that I didn't like. Though some may find the mattress a bit on the hard side this suited me.

Disliked: It was really cold in the rooms and also cold in the shower room as the heating wasn't on throughout my 3 night stay
Liked: clean room shower room worked well, good kitchen with facilities and comfortable bed.
Disliked: bit of a trek from town centre but no 5 bus runs frequently, ample space for parking unlike central Bournemouth.

Liked: Great value for money - clean, comfortable room. Exactly what I was looking for.
Awful experience
Liked: There is an old, creepy man living in the house, watching everyone and everything; that is a fact. Creepy. The house is dirty, even if you say you clean it every day.
