A delightful short break in an excellent hotel in a beautiful setting
Liked: The food is great. I particularly enjoyed the Kippers for breakfast. The staff area extremely friendly and helpful. This is lovely hotel in a delightful setting.
Disliked: Cant criticise at all.
Liked: the friendliness or the team. they were all very pleasant and helpful. you should be proud of them.
Disliked: given the status and cost of the stay, we were surprised to have a 12.5% service charge added to our food and drinks bill. i did not realise this until i returned home. given that your team are now protected by the minimum wage surely, extra income does not need to be generated in this manner.
