  I will not book again

  Disliked: I booked a female dorm and they sent me to a mixed one and then i asked them why is that and they said it sometimes happens if we don’t have enough space in the one you booked and thats wrong and they did send me to the girls room for one night because that was the only night a bef was available it was so smelly and congested and it was so messy and i messaged for a refund at booking.com but they haven’t responded and im very disappointed

  absolutely horrible, wouldn’t go back

  Disliked: absolutely awful, bed was basically a mattress topper, no tv, no in room facilities (kettle, cups) curtains are very old/worn and all you can hear if people above and below your room, staff was rude and blunt.
