Staff are great, amenities are not

Liked: Getting the keys was fairly simple, just picking them up from the front desk. The staff was amazing and really helpful, absolutely nothing against them! It was a decent location, and had fliers for things to do near by.

Disliked: The photos don't match the rooms at all, the mattress was really disappointing just a flimsy little thing. The sheets were horrible and I got bit by some odd bug in my sleep that was really painful. The front door continually locked me out despite having a fob and none of the other gates seemed to work either, so needed to be buzzed in from the front desk.

Disliked: The room is too hot, no fan or any kinda portable ventilation available. Too noisy, there is a parking and the street is very close by, so the noise is horrible for sleep.
