  Great location, value for money and a very nice family run hotel

  Liked: Perfect location in Kemptown near lovely bars and restaurants. Easy walk into Brighton.

  Disliked: The property was lovely, great room at the very top with a view of the sea out of the right window. Perfect place to go back to relax each evening after settling a teenager into university.

  Liked: The host was very welcoming when we arrived. Bed was very comfortable and big. Great location near the sea front, located near a large selection area of restaurants. The room and guest house were kept tidy and well present
