Liked: Perfect location to explore Brighton. We ate in the restaurant- food was fresh and cooked to our specification. Great that the car parking was complimentary.

Disliked: Bed frame was ‘rickety’ and unstable, but the mattress was comfy and we had a good nights sleep anyway.

Really helpfull and friendly hotel in a fantastic location

Liked: Really helpful staff from the front desk to the restaurant. The location is superb right on the sea front and a short walk to the pier and center. The car park is a welcome bonus. Fantastic value for money.

Great value for money, good breakfast, 2 mins from beach

Liked: Sea view, clean room, comfy bed, 2 mins walk from beach and well connected with bus stop outside. The breakfast was good (generous) and waiter called Phillip was kind, welcoming and really attentive.

Disliked: The only criticism I have was that some of the decor is a little dated, but that's just me being fussy and particular.
