  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: The heating wasn’t working so we were cold all night. It could have been a lot cleaner too

  Great location but that's about it

  Liked: Location was great.

  Disliked: Absolutely no ventilation in the basement and the awful musty smell. The living area is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos. It was so hot down there in July. When I was packing my things to leave, I checked under the bed to make sure I hadn't dropped anything and there was rubbish and a layer of dust underneath. I was responsible for booking this for a group of people for a special occasion so I really felt like I let them all down.

  Good value for money. Good facilities

  Liked: Good location and very clean.

  Disliked: There was a bad drain smell in the bathroom which did go away when the shower was run but not good until we did that.

  lovely stay, great room

  Liked: Lovely cozy property! great location, comes with everything you need!

  Disliked: Was quiet cold think due to a window pane being out of place but the radiator worked a charm and heated it up nicely! slightly noisy in the room we were in as it was right by an ally but not the owners fault!

  Excellent!

  Liked: Really well located by the seafront. It was super comfortable, clean, easy to check in. Will absolutely be staying here again! Nicer than a lot of the Brighton hotels.
