  Apart from a few minor issues, very happy with the accommodation

  Liked: Location perfect, and parking hassle-free

  Disliked: Freezer section of fridge was iced up. Bathroom lock inoperable. One dirty towel left from previous occupants. No tea towel provided. Bedroom door next to bathroom too stiff (probably needs a plane taken to it so it can glide across the carpet)

  Perfect base for a trip exploring the centre of Brighton!

  Liked: The location was perfect for a short trip to Brighton. Very close to the Lanes!

  Decent for the price but always expect clean sheets

  Liked: Location was the highlight of the property. The patio was nice.

  Disliked: Bed sheets smelled a bit like BO in a couple of the rooms. Also the towels didn’t smell clean.

  Would not stay again!

  Liked: Location and parking

  Disliked: The house needed some TLC. The blind in one of the bedrooms had all rips in it. Areas needed re painting. There was damp in the bathroom. And hair on the pillows in the bedroom which obviously hadn't been changed prior to arrival. Not a great stay unfortunately.
