  Beautiful.and comfortable apartment

  Liked: Beautiful apartment, very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Little details such as bolt on the door leading to the stairs meant I didn't need to worry about toddlers accessing the stairs.

  Nice apartment, not the most experienced or helpful hosts in my opinion

  Liked: The property was clean and tidy, spacious for 4 people with a lovely interior.

  Disliked: Unfortunately the oven didn’t work and neither did the water filter from the fridge. When you book somewhere because of the facilities with the intention to cook this becomes a major issue. To add, we also weren’t provided with any solutions or compensation, just an “I don’t know, use the pans” from the man who came to look at it. We understand it couldn’t have been fixed in the moment but we feel we should have been given a better solution. All our dinner was laid out in trays ready for the oven, so this was a big inconvenience. The parking was also miscommunicated when we arrived and we were turned away from the spot we paid for instantly, and told we weren’t allowed to use it. Again, no communication and no solution.
