  If you like peace and quiet, don't choose this flat

  Liked: Location: it's super central. But... it's also a problem because it's very noisy. Every night during the stay, we were woken up by party goers because the windows are badly insulated. It literally sounded like the windows were open even though they were shut. This is a real downside to this flat.

  Disliked: The general state of the flat (a lot a markings on the wall, carpet present all over not in a good state). Access to flat (the hall and stairs are damaged and not very welcoming). Contact with manager is via whatsapp with mostly AI-generated answers (no human contact). The instructions sent to you before entering the flat are very long to read. The "on-site" parking is not on site, it's a 10 min walk from the flat (this was a blow to us, we expected the parking to be very close and chose this apartment for this feature). There's a £500 deposit. Compared to other experiences, it's a passable accommodation, and it's a shame because it is extremely well situated. I guess it would satisfy a group looking for a place close to party locations and who don't need much sleep but it's not a dream location for a family with a 4-year-old who all need peaceful sleep.

  Liked: Good size of flat quite big good for family

  Disliked: Not clean carpet too dirty they should put wooden floor laminate clean and easy to clean windows too mouldy need to be repainted and wall need be painted it isn’t too expensive it may cost 300£ to 400£ bed mattresses not good need to replace I would like to take some fotos but family said no we only here for 2 nights we could manage and two big issues i need to mention the owner put ska folding worker’s woke us up 8 am if the some work need to be done outside by window they must not renting it out our family not enjoyed well while worker walked pass

  Fleeced out of £50 deposit

  Disliked: No Wi-Fi, no working TV, and carpets were dirty. We paid a £50 deposit which we only found one afterwards was non-refundable! No one was able to send us the terms and conditions stating it was non-refundable. Such a shame as we left the property in a better condition than we found it.
