  Greats views & location, bathroom grubby & some staff unfriendly

  Liked: That it was directly opposite the sea, my room in particular had a lovely sunset each night. Lots of Shops very close by, bus links dotted around. I liked the big windows in the rooms, really made it nice and bright. Layout and decor was simple which I liked, not too overwhelming and not underwhelming either. Great that there was a lift. Had a flat screen tv in my room which was nice, I watched cooking programmes all night:)

  Disliked: It was way too hot both inside the hotel and in the bedroom, I even turned my radiator off and had the window open the entire stay but it somehow got hotter, bathroom was like a sauna especially if you’re showering everyday, room was quite clean but bathroom looked and felt grubby, the toilet itself was quite clean but the sink, floor & bath…. Bath had hairs round the plughole & mould all around it, sink had a crack inside and looked a bit dirty in places, floor felt sticky and had weird looking dirty dots all over. Lift was very small and felt like it would break at multiple points but it did its job in the end. Some of the cleaning staff seemed to be a bit rude, I held the door open for one lady and smiled at her and she just stared at me rudely and barged past 🤷🏻‍♀️ despite all that I would stay again, I loved my room and the location and views. I’d say it’s decent but could be better in some places

  Lovely hotel

  Liked: The rooms were spacious and comfortable, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with good choice. Staff were very friendly. Location was good. Tv had no reception problems. Really great stay

  Excellent location for our weekend in Brighton

  Liked: Great location, very friendly staff. Clean & comfortable

  Disliked: Floors were a bit creaky so sometimes got noise through the ceiling from the room above when they moved about.

  Fantastic location, great price, no parking
