  Liked: The location is great - right next to the pier. Quiet rooms. The staff were very friendly.

  Nice staff and location, but room was very basic

  Liked: Loads of useful info from the staff; very responsive in case of problems. Location is great, close to the beach and pier.

  Disliked: Room is very small, bed is narrow. WiFi doesn’t work in the room and we had issues with getting in due to broken lock. Staff helped out quickly and apologised (even provided us some sweets) we still lost an hour of our time.

  Great find

  Liked: Fabulous communication from staff, great position and good value for money. Original fireplace and decor lovely.

  Disliked: Bedside table would be fab but I managed. Not a big problem.
