  Cracking guest house near seafront

  Liked: Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great location, just minutes from the seafront, town, and pavilion. Friendly staff, nice touches like bottles of water and wine glasses in the room.

  Rain didn't stop them earning

  Liked: Location and owner.

  Disliked: The whole place is desperate for decorating, every wall and banister has peeling paint, we were treat to a downstairs room that was better when our top floor room had a roof leak on our second day, the same room was let out to another customer the following day when the rain stopped. All in all a very poor experience

  Best place for a fun weekend in Brighton

  Liked: Light, spacious room. Interesting quirky accommodation. Great location, easy to walk from station, then very near beach and the Pavilion.

  Perfect

  Liked: Staff were so lovely and helpful! Really great location and we got a parking permit, which is basically gold dust. Would definitely stay again if visiting Brighton.
