Liked: It was clean and convenient location wise and when you contact the staff they are quick to respond and act

Disliked: It felt cold but the heating was put on after contacting them and it was hard to find a decent breakfast as most local places dont do an English breakfast abd any that did were expensive. So unless you wanted McDonald's every morning it was a pain to find anywhere.

  Great budget hotel in Kemptown

Liked: Well located 2 minutes to seafront, 15 minutes to central Brighton on foot. Shops and breakfast places super close by. Building and room was clean, beds really comfortable. Clothes steamer and board was a nice touch. Soap/ shower gel provided. Very comfortable stay, perfect as a base.

Disliked: Can't really fault it. It was better than expected for a budget hotel, would stay here again.

  Very nice charming rooms

Liked: The room and bathroom was clean and modern. It was surprisingly quite (on the night) being close to a main road, and the rooms seemed pretty soundproof. The location was excellent, could walk to many tourist places from this hotel. Parking was tricky as it is only permit holder parking in and around the suburb, however you can pay 25 pounds for a full day parking close by on the marina, then its free for the night before 8am on the main road, close to hotel.

Disliked: Just the difficulty in parking but we new this prior to booking.
