  Liked: Staff and Location

  Disliked: The breakfast availability time is from 8.00 am to 9.00am and check out is 10.00 am which is totally unacceptable considering this is a holiday location. This seems to be for the benefit of the owner rather than the guests. Breakfast until 10.00am would be a significant improvement for guests.

  A gem of a little B&B

  Liked: Great location, just a few minutes walk from the beach front. Really clean & comfortable. Great breakfast choices. Super friendly lady owner. Would definitely recommend.

  Disliked: The only thing we thought was missing was some hand soap for the bathroom sink.

  We will be coming back!

  Liked: friendly staff, the property was very clean and the bed & pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was brilliant from the full English to the scrambled egg on toast!

  It was fine

  Liked: Very clean, good breakfast, location OK., welcoming. Room was a little dingy and in need of some updating, and TV reception wasn't good, but fine for two nights.

  Value for money

  Liked: Friendly staff and breakfast included. The full English was amazing! Felt homely. Easy to find.

  Great service, great location, great value for money!

  Liked: Staff were great, thank you! Great breakfast and service. It was really hot so the fan in the room was appreciated. I am autistic so struggle with social interactions but felt no uncomfortable-ness at all during my stay.

  Disliked: I thought it was a bit strange that the kettle in the room and its table didn’t have a plug socket for the kettle, so I had to slightly rearrange the room to use the kettle. The building could do with a bit of TLC, there were cracked tiles in the bathroom and door to the bathroom and shower room were a bit tricky.
