  Needs work

  Liked: Nice people and location, room was spacious enough. Layout of the room was good.

  Disliked: Poorly managed, what was originally a nice space seems to have been run down quite a bit. The shower area was filthy, there was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers, the bedding is worn and low quality, marks on the walls random items from prior guests found in the room (contact lens, moth ball, etc.) light bulbs were out. Just a bit of work and effort and it' would be a really nice place to stay. It's a shame.

  Minor fixes needed to bring the standard up

  Liked: The room was spacious and the roll top bath was lovely. The location was great.

  Disliked: Feels like some really easy things to get this up to a great standard. Things like peeling paint, broken lightbulbs, broken door-shelf in fridge, broken bin in bathroom, dirty toilet brush, temperamental toilet (either a few attempts to flush or it continually flushing and having to try and get it to stop). All very easily remedied that would push the scores right up, so it's doubly disappointing to see these items have been advised in reviews previously and have not been dealt with.

  Decent room, great shower/bathroom with friendly and accommodating staff

  Liked: The staff were very accommodating.

  Disliked: You could hear the noise from outside, the room could do with a touch up.
