Very good
Liked: Lovely hotel,great location. Excellent breakfast.
1 night, twin room for mum and son trip. Specifically booked to attend a local gig!
Liked: Great location. Attentive staff. Good price for a decent size room. Great shower pressure. Tea/coffee tray provided. Lots of great cafes surrounding. Managed to get a parking space outside, however be aware that this is a separate charge and not covered with parking permit. I was happy to pay the extra parking fee for convenience. Less than a 10 min walk to Concorde 2 venue if attending a gig.
Disliked: Everything was great. If you’re a light sleeper maybe get a room towards the top of accommodation as you can hear people moving around etc from above(we were on the lower floor). Didn’t really bother us, but I know some people are more noise sensitive.
Liked: Staff were very attentive. The room was well organised and i liked that I had my own private bathroom.
Disliked: Door to my private bathroom was difficult to shut.
Liked: Our welcome was very friendly and very helpful
Disliked: We liked everything. Food, comfort, and all the facilities.
Overall good experience. The portable heater was very handy as the radiators were not working
Liked: Very near the city center. Great staff, very welcoming. Clean rooms. Portable heater at disposal. Clean Private bathroom.
Disliked: No centralized heating. The sink was clogged and had no hot water. Very difficult to find available parking lots for the car but it’s not the property’s fault.
