Clean, comfy and nice accommodation. Helpful staff too

Liked: Clean, comfy and good value for money. Close to beach.

Disliked: There were too many stairs to the room at the top.

Lovely staff, comfy bed, but very tired - needs decorating. No working wi-fi or TV

Liked: The staff were absolutely lovely. Very polite and helpful, recommending places for breakfast. The (tiny!) bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Disliked: The stairs are narrow, so getting your case up two floors isn't easy. The room itself looked pleasant, with a partial sea view, but everything was old and tired. The small metal table and 'comfy', faux leather chairs by the window were a nice touch but took up space, as did the two extra single beds. On the plus side, the spare beds are great for a family, but the room felt over stuffed. The decor was very tired and even unfinished in places, especially around the bathroom door. And the main door is a nasty brown that could do with a coat of paint to brighten it up. The bathroom - shower, toilet and sink - was tiny but worked, just. But there's nowhere to put your toiletries other than a dodgy-looking glass shelf. Finally, the TV only has a few channels that actually work, and BBC1 didn't even exist on the list. And the wi-fi didn't work. There are QR codes to scan for 'instant' connection, but none of them worked; I had to use my data to access the news.

    All great

Liked: The lady that runs the place was extremely friendly and helpful. It was last minute stay for me after a beach day, so I didnt have much on me. So when ive asked for a specific phone charger she went beyond my expectations and she found it for me even she didnt have it at the facility at the time. Always with a smile which I value in customer sevice

Disliked: All was great. The shower was a bit too small to my liking and the room was hot, but I still enjoyed my stay
