  Would definitely come back!

  Liked: We had a lovely stay at this property in Brighton! The location was great, easy to find, and a perfect base for our time away. The hosts were friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever we had any questions or issues. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Brighton. A special thank you to the hosts for going above and beyond by decorating the property for my mum’s 50th birthday. It was such a thoughtful and lovely surprise, and she absolutely loved it! We’re incredibly grateful for the extra effort they put in to make the occasion feel so special. It really made our stay even more memorable.

  Disliked: There were a couple of small things that could have been improved, particularly updating the check-in and key safe instructions, as well as providing clearer and more complete parking information after payment. However, the hosts were always happy to help resolve any issues, which we really appreciated.

  Liked: Dear Booking.com team, Thank you for your support so far. I am writing to formally escalate the situation regarding my current stay in Brighton. Despite having a fully paid and confirmed booking, a woman came to the property claiming to be the owner and stated she had not been paid. The next day, a locksmith was sent to change the lock and told us we must leave the property. This is a clear case of attempted illegal eviction under UK law, specifically the Protection from Eviction Act 1977, Section 1, which prohibits any attempt to evict a tenant or guest without a court order. Changing locks or threatening removal is a criminal offence.

  Disliked: I was forced to move out of the location the very next day..., even with the rent paid in advance..., the owner came to change the door lock..., misunderstandings between the owner and the rental company..., a very bad experience..., not exactly legal what they tried...
