  Great little room

  Liked: I had a lovely stay at the Pink Pavilion. Although the room was small, it was spotlessly clean, everything worked as it should with clean towels and bedding, it had everything I needed for my overnight stay. The little extras, such as tea, milk and biscuits to enjoy with the kettle, were a really thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept right through the night, which says it all! The owner was absolutely lovely, welcoming and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. The place smelt beautiful too! A cosy, comfortable and welcoming place to stay with a great location. I would happily recommend it and would definitely stay again! Thank you 😊

  Would defo recommend!

  Liked: Location was great, house was super clean, and Lee couldn't have been more helpful! Would definitely recommend, thank you for having us.

  Disliked: The mattress was a little firm, but that's mostly a personal preference thing.

  Liked: Excellent location. Quiet side street between a busy street with restaurants supermarkets and a good vibe. Beach and pier at the other end of street just a couple of minutes. Royal pavillion and the lanes 5 min walk. Train station easy 20 min walk Room exactly as per photos. Shower in room. Felt a bit odd but all good. Very clean and very comfortable. Stayed two nights. Great nights sleep. Curtain did not stay meeting in middle. Minor detail but easily rectified. I very much appreciated the host allowing me to check in early as my room was ready. Definitely recommend

  Great location and good value

  Liked: Great location right near beach and pier and with good shops and cafe nearby. Comfortable bed and great shower. Fruit, crisps and water in the room is a nice touch. Kettle, tea/coffee, hairdryer. Welcoming host. Would stay again.
