  Adequate

Liked: Parking was convenient and there was a reasonable selection at breakfast. Hairdryer in the room was good.

Disliked: Customer service at reception and at breakfast could have done with a more friendly attitude. The pillows were very flat and hard although I was given an extra pillow when requested. The temperature of the radiator in the bedroom was tepid which did nothing to warm the room and the heated rail in the bathroom did not work. The TV had no remote and did not work properly.
