  Neat, well located Hotel

  Liked: The room was neat and tidy. When there was an issue with the shower they tried to sort it and although they weren't able to do so right away they tried to make us feel happy and it was very appreciated. Staff at reception and at breakfast were polite. Good breakfast options

  Disliked: Not much not too like. The building Is old, so you do hear movement etc.. from other rooms. This also means only stairs no lift. That wasn't a problem for us, but may be useful to know.

  Liked: We were in the eden room, it was very spacious, nice, warm and clean. Jacuzzi/hot tub was bigger than expected and nice and relaxing.

  Clean, close to facilities friendly staff

  Liked: Easy check in. Amazing location close to the pier and restaurants. Sea view room too. They also decorated the room for my husbands birthday which was a lovely touch thank you.

Good to know

Late arrivals after 21:00 are only possible by prior arrangement with Sea Spray. Otherwise, guests arriving later than 21:00 will be deemed a no-show.

If you are experiencing a delay and will arrive after 21:00, please inform the hotel that you are delayed and confirm that you still intend to arrive. If your delay is deemed reasonable, the hotel will not consider your reservation a no-show.

A full English breakfast is available for a surcharge of £15.00 per person per day served at our sister hotel - The Charm (20-21 New Steine, two houses away on the same street).

Please note that American Express is not accepted at this property.
