  I have been staying at the Lanes for over 10 years regularly but will reconsider for my next stay

  Disliked: Change the room on arrival. Offered a room 1 floor up but no elevator. Room not cleaned on 2sd day.

  The Lanes (nowhere near the lanes) was a very dismal and disappointing experience

  Liked: Location was convenient in the heart of Brighton.

  Disliked: Very dated decor luckily the bed seemed clean. Shower cubicle was filthy so didn’t bother, luckily was only staying one night. Certainly would never stay at this hotel again.
