  Little Gem, very dog friendly and very comfortable

  Liked: A really lovely little place, really close to the seafront, easily walkable to Brighton. Staff very friendly, loved the dog! Room was really nice, comfy bed, fresh towels after 1 night, would recommend and come again!

  Not worth £200 a night

  Liked: Location, tea, coffee and water in room, comfy bed.

  Disliked: Before booking I was advised of noise- but didn’t realise how noisy as room right about function room. Ear plugs are provided. Bathroom cold and mold patches on ceiling

  Lovely stay - friendly, cool vibe, places well on the seafront and really nice staff
