  Brighton - family trip

  Liked: We really liked the location. Very quiet. The room was nicely decorated and the junior suite was a good size. Bathroom was clean and shower was powerful and hot. Room came with tea and coffee facilities plus some biscuits and a couple of twirls. There was a little radio by the bed which was nice. The room also came with door to a little veranda.

  Disliked: The sofa bed was not clean when we unfolded it. There was extra bedding in the room but none of it came with spare sheets to make up the sofa bed. There was a fridge in the living room but it didn’t work. We messaged the property over email and on the booking.com app about the fridge but no response.

  An easy, comfortable stay for a work trip with nice amenities in a great location

  Liked: Great location, easy to access. Lovely room, very well presented. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Lovely crisp bedding and towels. A nice touch with UHT soy milk in the room too and the Twirls for an unexpected but very much appreciated sweet treat. Great communication from the host for check in information.

  Disliked: Nothing - great offering, value for money.

  Clean and comfortable

  Liked: Easy access to the building, clean and tidy common areas. Compact double room and en suite, clean and comfortable. Chocolate and biscuits in the room were a nice touch. Steps from the seafront, with a popular pub and reliable curry house nearby.

  Disliked: Access touchpad needed a certain knack, but the friendly staff talked me through it when I phoned the helpline. Room a little cool (heating not on) and shower pressure a bit low (highest room in the house, so to be expected).

  Excellent accommodation, highly recommended!

  Liked: The room was very clean & bright, bedding & towels fresh, clean and good quality, also, tea, coffee & biscuits were of high standard. The location of the property was very good, within a short walking distance to amenities. I recommend staying here, I will book again in the future.
