Very greedy owner - be aware

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: The property owner was rude, unhelpful, and only cared about money. Even though he had time to fix the situation, he still demanded a deposit or full payment. Booking.com are considering removing him because there have been several complaints. He even took money from two disabled women, one in a wheelchair, and then double‑booked the property. He showed no compassion at all — just greed.

Amazing host and place to stay!

Liked: Our booked accommodation had cancelled on us at the very last minute. Bernd was amazing, quick at communicating and met us at the property within 20mins of us booking. He was kind and very welcoming. The studio was comfy and cosy and in the perfect location.

  Exceeded expectations!

Liked: Hosts were very communicative, the flat has great amenities, diswashers, great shower - whirlpool bath if you want it! great coffee machine, very comfy beds - even the sofa bed!

Disliked: Breakfast one day was brilliant, hosts gave us a vouchers for a breakfast and coffee at The Pump House on the beach. Would have been great to have that both days, was a little confusing to have that only on one day.

The worst value for money I’ve used on this site

  Liked: Nothing!!!!!

Disliked: The property was hugely over advertised. It is ridiculously small and kept at a very low standard, especially considering the price. It was £198 and twice the cost of what the average for that standard. It was advertised to have a spa, when in reality it was a bath with jets. When we entered the property, we were clearly not happy with the size of the property and then the owner aggressively tried to upsell the property which was very uncomfortable. Advertised to have a separate kitchen when in fact it was in a cupboard in the middle of the room. The bath was very dirty and the bed was clearly not changed from the previous tenants. Pictures to follow in a separate complaint.
