  Liked: The hotel is located on the sea front and we had a sea view from our room. It has great character and ambience and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: No tea / coffee making facility in the room.

  Liked: The hotel has a lovely warm welcoming feeling and a charming bohemian influenced brighton style - loved it. We had a very large room with a sea view. Great location with bars and restaurants in the same street. I’d stay there again even though I live six miles away!
