Absolutely fine for our needs
Liked: Spacious, helpful and courteous owner
Disliked: Parking was tricky when we arrived as it was at a busy time - we found the Trinity centre around the corner a good reasonably priced option though (2 min walk max)
Terrible experience, it was filthy, beds had stains, kitchen unusable, no response from host
Disliked: It was filthy, kitchen unusable, beds stained, horrible area, only 3 towels for 4 people, not that they would have been used as they looked dirty
Liked: The host was very cinsiderate. I asked for an earlier check in time so we could rest before attending the event we vame in for, he grantes the request without additional charge

Liked: Nothing wasn't up to standard
Disliked: Everything the flat had a funny smell the beds had staines all over the sheets just didn't look clean had to pay out more money to stay somewhere else
Liked: I liked the location above anything else. It was near family. The beds were comfortable, & it was quiet at night, in spite of being on a busy road. There were also coconut biscuits available, which I enjoyed!
Disliked: Overall, I felt the flat to be overpriced. It felt like the owners hadn't tried very hard to offer modern facilities, apart from the very large flat screen TV. Predominantly, there was an offensive sewerage smell present. There were a number of air fresheners around the flat that didn't effectively mask the smell.
