Liked: Great location for all travel needs. On the doorstep of theatres and restaurant's
Disliked: Heating units were annoyingly noisy
Nice location, but needs a lot of improvement!
Liked: The location was perfect, right in the city centre and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the overall condition and preparation of the apartment were disappointing. Cleanliness was one of our main concerns. There were cigarette butts on the outside patio, dead bugs by the window and, underneath the sofa, we found a used bottle of lubricant and an empty water bottle. The sofa was very small and not particularly comfortable. The radiator also made an extremely annoying noise whenever it switched off, which would wake us up in the middle of the night. The kitchen facilities were another disappointment, particularly the lack of basic cooking equipment. There simply weren’t enough pots and pans to comfortably prepare meals. We stayed for eight days, yet the apartment seemed to have been prepared with only a very short stay in mind. This was also reflected in the household supplies provided. We were given just four dishwasher tablets for the entire stay and only one bin bag, which was full by day six. With no spares available, we had to resort to using Tesco carrier bags as makeshift bin liners rather than purchasing our own supplies. There were also no spare bedsheets available. For anyone staying longer than a few days, this means having to contact the hosts and arrange for the cleaners to visit whenever fresh bedding is needed. During our stay, we raised these issues with the hosts, who offered to arrange for the cleaners to return and give the apartment an additional tidy-up. We confirmed that we would appreciate this, but unfortunately, nobody ever turned up. Despite trying to communicate our concerns and find a solution, the hosts were ultimately unable to offer any meaningful assistance. To make matters worse, although our official check-out time was 10:00 am, the cleaning team was already knocking on our door at 9:30 am. Overall, the apartment is decent enough for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anything longer than a weekend.
Brilliant apartment in great location in Bristol
Liked: Location was fantastic as was support team who answered all questions very quickly
Disliked: Balcony windows very dirty as was balcony, fairy lights should be removed or replaced as broken and hanging listlessly looking terrible
Great stay
Liked: The apartment was brilliant. Fully equipped with everything you needed. Perfect location for the town center and all local bars and places to eat
Disliked: Only down side was the bedroom blinds were far to light, meaning we were awake very early

Disliked: Very very hot. Very noise machine near the bedroom window going all night. Hopewell taking £150 out of my account for insurance deposit ( 24 hours have gone by since checkout and still not had it returned)
Good only for people who go to Bristol to get smashed at stag parties!
Disliked: Additional 150£ deposit blocked on my bank account: very confusing policy. The ad states this, but then at reservation checkout it says what you are paying includes everything. I received another email from an address different from the one on the Booking.com advert requesting me to pay these 150£ for a deposit on a third party website (?!?). Totally sounded like scam. One single soapbar available at the property. No proper blinds in the bedroom. Very noisy electric heater. Bathroom's extractor fan not working... It looks like a property for people who go to Bristol to get smashed at stag parties, and this is probably the clientele they deserve. Given Bristol's accommodation offer, would definitely reccommend to go elsewhere.
