Good
Me and my partner did really enjoy the staffs friendly attitude and the bar/ restaurant was very tidy and inviting
Liked: The old style of the chapel and bustling but the modern feel of the bar and entry way.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the traffic noise was constant and that the room wasn’t the cleanest there was empty but shells and smoke ends on the carpet by the bed. The fire alarm also went off at 1am due to someone smoking and there was no explanation u til next day or any compensation offered.
Short stay
Liked: Option for Parking was helpful in Bristol with regular buses to city centre. Beds were comfy and clean sheets. Plenty of choice at breakfast
Disliked: Dated rooms and mouldy bathroom. Shower very temperamental. Some of the staff friendly and helpful but some seemed very sullen.
Comfortable but needs updating
