Very good
Would definitely stay again
Liked: Lovely room, excellent shower, bedlinen felt luxurious, very comfortable bed
Disliked: No access to apps on television only live TV unless you use chrome cast and subscribe to streaming channels
Great location and breakfast
Liked: Location, breakfast, under floor heating in the bathroom.
Disliked: Making coffee in the bar - instead of using an automatic machine it would have been good to make the coffee properly.
Liked: Fantastic location, lovely staff. Nice to have breakfast freshly cooked. Steak night very good value. Cocktail was delicious.
Disliked: Not wild on silk flowers in dining room, fresh are nicer. Chairs next to main window in bar could g do with replacing. Mostly the place is gorgeous. It would be to be able to reserve parking.

Disliked: Staff average no view from upgraded room, no help with baggage inadequate lighting in the room kids using the bar after 9pm as a playroom
Excellent location. Great restaurant. Building needs a bit of tlc
Liked: Wonderful location in Clifton. Special views across the Avon Gorge and to the famous suspension bridge. Good sized room. Good bathroom.
Disliked: Room felt a bit tired. New carpet needed across whole hotel. Not as stylish as other Hotel du Vin hotels.

Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Parking within the Hotel grounds is very limited and chargeable at £12 per day. Alternatively there is some pay & display parking bays in and around Clifton Village, please pay at the machine.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
