  - did message owners re: down pipe and curtain issue on day 1 - no reply

  Liked: Property central

Disliked: Walked in to find stair rail broken and on the floor Curtain rail in bedroom off wall at one side causing curtain to fall and could not be shut - allowed light in Down pipe in court yard (courtyard accessed via bedroom ) broken and off wall - dripping all night - together with curtain issue poor nights sleep No wardrobe / side table / storage in bedroom TV stream only - WiFi very poor and causes TV to freeze every 30 seconds Oven hob flashes H for hot after 10 mins and does then not allow other hob points to be used When booked got email to say would be charged £200 pounds if smoked and on arrival framed sign saying would be charged £200 if touched boiler - did neither but not a particularly friendly approach

Liked: Very clean and pleasant studio accommodation. Instructions were easy to follow and room was perfect for my trip, will definitely consider staying again. The coffee supplies were a lovely touch!

Disliked: Bathroom was a little small but understandable for a city studio
