  Fantastic!

  Liked: It felt just like home. The kitchen and lounge is fantastic. In one week, I cooked more than I have in years. It was homely, clean and inviting. Would love to stay there again. Most importantly, the hosts Andrea and Jeff were wonderful to deal with. Can’t recommend this home highly enough.

  Warm, convenient and cosy

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous house. The location was perfect, just a short walk to local restaurants with public transport close by. Also it was only a 10 minute drive to Cabot Circus for shopping. Having a dedicated parking space was a real bonus and the modern lock box made entry quick and easy. The thoughtful little extras made us feel very welcome and when we had a minor issue with the TV, the hosts were very responsive. The rooms were spacious and the showers had excellent water pressure. One of our favorite features was the wood heater, which we enjoyed using every evening. The house itself stays cozy and warm so it wasn’t essential but it added such a lovely atmosphere.

  Disliked: Just a few small points, the beds were on the firmer side which wasn’t quite to our preference though others may find them comfortable. And we did miss having a coffee machine as that’s something we enjoy on our stays. A clothes rack for drying indoors would have been a great addition also.

  Nice house and welcoming hosts

  Liked: Lovely house and very accommodating hosts who replied super quickly to every question. Great kitchen facilities eg mixer - blender - French press - so much more. So easy to change the temperature in the house if needed, well heated and with good beds and comfy mattresses. A very modern key lock box which was super easy to find and use.

  Disliked: The check out for this house is 10am which is way too early for weekends… I don’t even wake up at this time usually. The hosts were kind to extend it until 11am for our group when we asked. Also they might need to change cleaners; there were someone elses’s boxers in our drawers, lots of cigarette butts in the garden, some dirty cups.. nothing too critical, just makes you think what else might have not been cleaned

  Very warmth home for big family to stay

  Liked: The house was so warm when we stepped in, there's parking space for 2 cars infront of the property which is a big bonus if you're travelling with rented cars with a big family. One of my favorite things about this house is there's fire place you can actually use! the house was clean, rooms is enough for my family of 8 adults and one infant, they even provided a baby cod upon request, suitable for big groups of people, although there's one specifically small room, we cant even open the luggage in full without keeping the room door closed. The location is near Filton, still a distance away from Bristol city center, but good thing is there's a ALDI and Lidls in just 5mins drive.

  Disliked: the house heater wasnt warm enough at some point, the 1st floor bathroom with the tub is a little slippery, recommend could add some anti slip mat for shower safety. Overall is good!

  Liked: The booking and communication with the owners was seamless, easy. The house is brilliantly located, very comfortable, relaxed and ideal for a group wanting to cook and hang out together. Really light, spacious, warm and very clean (and usb sockets everywhere!)
