Disliked: The room wasn't to good for a four star hotel.
Liked: Great location. Friendly accommodating staff. Nice extras- Halloween treats for kids, ear plugs in room. Excellent breakfast.
Excellent customer service from the receptionist
Liked: Reception staff were very accommodating with the park of my vehicle (van) in the hotel staff car park. Great service from the receptionist. Made to feel very welcome on arrival and nothing was a problem to them. Excellent customer service with a smile.
Disliked: Aircon unit could of been dusted better. Pillows were noise.
Poor customer service at front desk
Liked: The breakfast was great.. There was a variety of options available, including vegetarian options which was good.
Disliked: I did not like the reception or greetings by staff when I checked in on the first day. I stood up in a line where staff was available, and nobody acknowledged me to come to them to check me in...I was completely ignored! I won't comment further on this..if more details are needed I am willing to have a private discussion.

Great location and facilities - We would recommend this hotel
Liked: We were in Bristol for a wedding and this hotel ticked all the boxes. It's in an excellent location to make everything walkable. Cabot Circus for food and shopping is literally a minutes walk. The hotel itself is excellent, the staff were very friendly, and efficient when we had an issue with the TV in the room. The rooms were spacious and light, and very clean. The breakfast was ok and included everything you would expect from a hotel breakfast (the usual buffet, cereals, fruit etc). Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel gym was well equipped and I took the opportunity to try my first Peloton class.
