Very good
Good place to stay in Bristol
Liked: Clean modern hotel. Practically next door to marvelous old St. Mary Redcliffe church where real human bell ringing teams play the bells. Easy walk to nice pubs and restaurants.
Disliked: Terribly overpriced buffet breakfast. The reception area is oddly far from the building entrances.

easyjet had cancelled our flights we were really lucky to find such great hotel. Would stay again
Liked: excellent value, very comfortable rooms, great breakfast every member of staff we dealt with were very helpful and courteous especially reception staff.

Liked: The hotel and staff are always great, attentive and quick to resolve any questions or queries.
Disliked: Just situational, the friend I travelled with was served raw chicken, which was resolved independently, but due to feeling and being ill wasn't available for some of the social aspects of the convention we were attending which ruined the weekend a bit.
