Excellent
Liked: Very spacious and comfortable
Disliked: They didn’t offer towels when we arrived
Liked: The room and facilities were good, very spacious.
Disliked: The person at the reception did not know we were checking in that day and he didn't know how to give us our keys. Each time we got in and out he had to open each door for us, fortunately it was just one night stay.
Its a nice place for a short stay and good value for money
Liked: -It was clean and staff was helpful. - Near bristol temple meads station - There is a bus stop right in front of the building.
Disliked: - There was no hand wash or hand soap in the toilet.
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Was not able to get in contact with the hotel had issues with there portal. They failed to pick up the phone or look at there emails.
Great location, some TLC needed

Disliked: Broken toilet seat, strange white stains on the duvet and the windows could not be opened at all on over the hottest summer on record.

Disliked: Was quite warm but there were fans provided
