AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION if you care about your own health
Disliked: ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING — AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION! I was given the room dirty (floor, kitchen utensils, bathroom), and on the third day of my stay, I discovered that the bed sheets hadn’t been changed and there was SEMEM ON THE BEDDING. Absolutely disgusting. I reported it to reception, who simply handed me clean sheets and promised to clean the room, as they didn’t have any other available. They NEVER did. I kept arriving every evening to the room still dirty and loads of fake promises and excuses about it being sorted. On my last day, I was promised a full refund, which NEVER arrived. When I followed up, they simply ghosted me. Completely unacceptable and utterly unprofessional. This accommodation failed miserably on basic hygiene, customer service, and accountability. A formal report regarding the hygiene concerns has now been sent to the relevant local authority’s Environmental Health team. I am also pursuing my consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness, basic decency, and being treated with respect. I would never stay here again.

Liked: When I made the booking, I wasn’t informed that I needed to be a student, and as a result, I lost my money with no justification. Please, Booking.com, ensure you provide clear information to your customers.

Liked: I liked the fact that I didn't shared the studio and I was by myself, and the studio was almost like that picture from the booking site
Disliked: The heating didn't work and the lights in the bathroom, the half of my shawer I did it in the dark, the light switch off very quickly if there's no movement in
