Works for an overnight stay before going to the airport

Liked: Very close to Bristol Airport.

Disliked: Rooms small and poorly soundproofed (could hear water running in other rooms).

Liked: Warm and friendly greeting on arrival, happy to have in person check in rather than have to do it online, staff were very quick to answer my queries about food allergies and the restaurant could provide what I needed

Disliked: The room was a little noisy being close to a busy road

A one night stay, glad we weren`t staying longer

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable bed, good shower and lovely towels. The bar was cozy and welcoming. We only had breakfast which was to order and was OK. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The room was up a steep flight of stairs and the top step was higher than the rest, it led onto a small landing with one more step into the bedroom and no handrail. There was no storage space or shelf in the bathroom and no make up mirror or dressing table in the room in the room.
