Good
Convenient stay in a good part of Bristol
Liked: Location and convenience for Harbourside, Cathedral, etc. Comfortable bed. Quiet room.
Disliked: There didn’t seem to be a fan in the bathroom and I couldn’t seem to open the room window, so there was condensation after a shower. The room needed airing.
We had a short two night stay in Bristol and this hotel was perfect for location and cleanliness
Liked: Excellent location right next to the harbour and many eateries. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything you needed. Reception staff very helpful with information on local area.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Good location. Breakfast pretty good.
Disliked: Noisy at night, right next to bars. Beds very small and not comfortable.
Liked: Just ok for the breakfast
Disliked: Too cool on an evening, too hot in the morning
Tired hotel in need of investment and more positive customer service
Disliked: Reception understaffed, long wait meant we were late for a restaurant booking
Liked: Location was amazing, room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. There was also a nice vibe in the bar / seating area.
Disliked: Not much at all. It was excellent for the price.
