Liked: Location and facilities were just as we needed for our weekend. Location for town centre, train station.
Everything was good but the check in online could be improved so that you don’t have to wait in the same queue as everyo

Liked: En suite, 15 min walk from Bristol Temple Meads station. Tea, coffee and kettle in the room, shower gel in the room, fan, extra plug socket extension, hairdryer in the room. Full English breakfast with ham sandwich station and vegetarian options. Breakfast from 7 to 11 AM everyday. Within 30min walking distance of attractions such as Cabot tower and the dockyards. Based In quiet area surrounded by commercial offices
Disliked: A bit pricey at over 150 quid for one night. No hand rail in bathroom

Liked: Very helpful and kind evening staff and helped my blind friend with her luggage and getting her up and into her room and stayed to guide her around her room so she knew where everything was.

Disliked: Road works woke me up every morning but hopefully that will stop soon.
