Relaxing night away making use of the Lido facilities and delicious dinner & breakfast
Liked: Beautifully appointed hotel room. Lovely robes and slippers. Friendly helpful staff. Delicious dinner & breakfast. Excellent treatment. Loved using the Lido facilities, Very special night away for a big birthday! We will be back

A real treat. The setting of the Lido was amazing. Walking distance to the beautiful Clifton Village
Liked: Breakfast was served at the lido poolside bar. Offerings a little different to the traditional breakfast but delicious,with plenty of choices.
A disappointing stay despite the good location
Liked: Location good.
Disliked: Parking difficult in this part of Bristol. The staff were in the Lido across the road from the guesthouse and were ok but not particularly friendly or helpful as they seemed very busy with the people visiting the Lido when we visited in July. The shower and a bath were in the room which was ok but the toilet was in a tiny cupboard with a small washbasin! The room seemed poorly designed for anyone staying longer than a night.
Lovely relaxing stay
Liked: Access to lido throughout stay, lovely comfy bed
Disliked: Parking was not good- 10 min walk to car park
Lovely hotel but bring ear puds
Liked: Brilliant location, and beautifully decorated and furnished rooms. Great coffee/tea making facilities. Comfy big bed and good lighting in the room. Really nice vibes in the rooms and lovely atmosphere.
Disliked: No desk in the rooms and no proper chair in room 4. There is no soundproofing between the rooms and you can hear conversations and every steps of your neighbour above you and in the staircase. Owing to the lack of soundproofing, the sleep was very interrupted during the night and morning. Hence only 3 stars.
